Logged in user not showing in a list after a time period without refreshing twice

This bug is only in the latest release build 3.1.7-pl1, it's not in previous build 3.1.6.

Bug: Logged in user not showing in a logged-in users list after a time period without refreshing the page twice.

How I discovered this:

1. User logs in and active session is limited to ie. 1 minute

2. Refresh page to start timer.

3. Refresh page again after 1 minute is gone.

4. User is not showing in a logged-in users list. <-BUG

5. Refresh page again, user is showing in a list.

It's a small but annoying bug Please fix!
