ACP Update link is incorrect!

When going to update to 3.2 (In my case from 3.1.10), the link in the ACP which says "Now start the update process by pointing your browser to the install folder." is incorrect.

It sends you into a loop! When clicked you get directed back to the index with the message "Please delete or remove the install folder".

It doesn't inspire confidence when the very first part of the update process presents this broken link. I'm surprised this hasn't been fixed in the current download as it's been posted on the forum various times, and I know various people have read about it...
