Disable email/jabber checkbox if notification method isn't supported

In the UCP under Board preferences -> Edit notification options, a checkbox can be checked even if the notification type doesn't support sending emails or Jabber messages.

To make it clear to the user that the board doesn't send emails or Jabber messages for a notification type, the checkbox should be disabled.
