Update database: info message is to scary

When you update a board to 3.2.2 and you have disabled your board before, then his phpBB debug is written below the DB-Update success messages:

[phpBB Debug] "Board deaktiviert" in file C:\xampp\htdocs\myboard\phpbb\user.php on line 351

Which is right, but it is not even a problem.

I think this code is a bit to scary, maybe a friendly reminder would be nice or leave it out completely. Because the board will display this information anyway, when the admin returns to the board.
